I’ve been practicing here since 2004, teaching since 2012 and I love teaching in my community.
I strive to bring you a practice that has effort and surrender. While building strength and flexibility, there’s space in the postures that encourage rumination. My intention is this will have you feeling whole.
My classes are approachable, creative, nurturing, supportive, at times challenging and fun.
My certifications include Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, Trauma-informed yoga, and teaching yoga to young adults through the Grounded® program.
When not teaching, my day is spent working on graphic design projects (self-employed designer for over 20 years now) making art or thrifting or hiking or making music playlists for my classes or next to you in class practicing : )
