Taylor is so grateful to be bringing Barre and Reformer Pilates training to Decatur Yoga & Pilates. Having danced her whole life she decided to continue her education of the body in college, studying dance, anatomy and the body- mind connection. Taylor continued on to teach dance & strengthening classes in NYC until she found Barre in the beautiful Hamptons. Learning the intricate yet effective movements inspired her to explore the method further and take on an apprenticeship. Training with Andrea Fornarola, one of the leading Barre trainers of the Lotte Berk Method, she learned the classical technique which is heavily influenced by ballet. To add to her extensive knowledge, Taylor recently completed the rigorous STOTT PILATES training in both mat work and reformer as well. She loves the challenging yet mindful approach to the body, as well as being able to directly translate her conditioning work to her developing yoga practice.
