Megan Nare

Megan Nare’s teaching style reflects her belief in the power of turning wounds into wisdom. She empowers her students to explore the transformative power of asana, meditation, and pranayama as a tool to heal both the body and the heart.  Megan sees practice as a vehicle to explore a brave and informed relationship with sensation and boundary.

Megan obtained her 200-hour certification at Tough Love Yoga in 2015, and her 300-hour certification in 2019, both under the instruction of her mentor, Neda Draupadi Honarvar
