Megan Nare

Megan Nare has been a dedicated student of Hatha yoga over the past decade.  

She is a research yoga instructor at Emory University where her work focuses on supporting families in primarily older populations after a diagnosis of cognitive impairment.   

Her teaching offers a skillful blend of yoga philosophy, research, and humor that is accessible and adaptable for all ages and bodies.

Megan is a E-RYT 500, YACEP with a focus on yin and restorative yoga, trauma-informed teaching, and working with neurodiverse populations.
