Courtney Lewis

Courtney has always loved movement and it’s been in her life for as long as she can remember. She was introduced to Pilates during my early dancing years and decided to study it more after dealing with a few injuries. She was impressed with the way that Pilates was able to heal her body and make her even stronger in the process. Her fascination with the mechanics and capacity of the body, wellness, and anatomy have led to my love of teaching + sharing with others. Her teaching practices aims to empower people, help them feel stronger, and find joy through movement. With Courtney, you can expect a challenging session focused on sensation throughout the body and heavily focused on the breath + mindfulness of the practice. She strives to continue learning, growing, and exploring.
