Cecilia first discovered Pilates while living and working in Vancouver, Canada. She was attracted to the mind-body connection that Pilates demands and the continued challenge that it provides to her body. As the mother of an active little girl, Pilates helps keep her strong and her mind in tune with her body.
In 2014, Cecilia became a STOTT Pilates certified mat instructor and has been teaching Pilates in the Atlanta area ever since. In 2018, she completed pre and post-natal fitness training through Oh Baby! Fitness.
All levels and abilities are invited to her classes. Cecilia loves working with everyone from new students to long time practitioners, to moms-to-be and new moms. Her goal is for each of you to leave feeling stronger, relaxed and more connected to yourself.
