Hannah began practicing yoga in 2013 to invite healing to her body, mind, and spirit. With consistent practice, her physical body felt more open and fluid, and she also began to experience a greater healing inward. Hannah’s practice increased her intuition and empowered a connection with her true self.
Hannah received her 200 RYT from Asheville Yoga Center in 2016 while attending college for a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She began teaching in the summer of 2016 in the style of Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Chair Yoga. She has now added Thai Yoga Bodywork, Corporate Yoga, and Kids Yoga to her offerings.
Hannah is calm and passionate in spirit, with an intention to create a healing environment. In teaching, her aim is to create balance throughout whole body, mind, and spirit. Combining strength, pranayama, and meditation to leave students feeling centered, grounded, and clear. With essential oils, aromatherapy, gentle touch & intuitive readings, she will help guide you into your true self.
