Amanda Harmon

Amanda Harmon soulfully serves her students with vinyasa, ashtanga, chair, and all levels classes. In each class, she creates an opportunity for joyful connection to oneself.

Amanda has extensive experience with the healing art of meditation. She received her 200 hour teacher training under Veronica Lewinger at Integrative Flow Yoga. She believes passionately in yoga’s ability to support holistic wellness for her students.
