John started running more than a few years into adulthood, and it took its toll on his body. Being welcomed into Cheryl Crawford’s Yoga for Stiff Guys in 2009, he found new flexibility, decreased grumpiness and better ways of taking care of his body. A few years later, he pursued and completed 200-hour Teacher Training with Joe Palese. He’s taught English as a Second Language to adults for over 20 years and enjoys the shift to leading yoga classes. Because yoga has welcomed John, he wants to return the favor with the classes he leads.
