| Hot Vinyasa |
Description: Hot Vinyasa is a strong flowing practice for students who have conditioned their bodies by practicing Bikram and Hot Core Power in order tp prepare them for this next level of practice. Students will move with the breath, lengthening the spine while buliding strength and flexibility. Conscious ujjayi breath will set the rhythm of this Vinyasa class as you flow from pose to pose. Due to the flowing action of the practice, the room temperature is set around 90 degrees, not as hot as in a Bikram class. As you flow through the poses you generate more heat and this is why we start the class off at a lower temperature. Previous Bikram and Hot Core Power experience is required prior to taking this class. Beginners and/ or those who are new to Hot Yoga will not be admitted. 75 minutes.
