Joe joins Decatur Yoga & Pilates from New York City where he has been teaching for the last 12 years. He began his studies 16 years ago in the Iyengar and Sivananda traditions and transitioned to Anusara after studying with John Friend in 1997. Joe has studied with Tias Little, Eric Schiffman, Judith Lasater and Patricia Walden. In addition, Joe is an Anusara-Inspired instructor. Joe is also a guitarist and composer and brings all of his creative and spiritual influences into his teaching practice.
